In 2014, Eberhard Sandschneider joined the Bucerius Summer School as Dean and Moderator. He is Partner at Berlin Global Advisors and previously taught as Professor for Chinese Politics and International Relations at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Freie Universität Berlin until 2020. From 2003 to 2016, he was Director of the Research Institute and from 2013 to 2016 Head of the China/Asia-Pacific Program of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). Eberhard Sandschneider has published several books on political theory and management, including works on European policies, international leadership, business and conflict management, and China-Europe relations.
